为研究飞机加装管路系统传输过程中的压力瞬变特性,文章通过分析给出了流体及结构的动特性方程,提出了研究流体结构相互作用(FSI)的MOC-MOC和MOC-FEM方法。该方法应用于管末端设有加油控制活门的单直管及弯管的管路系统,对在加油控制活门快速关闭时水锤诱发的流体动态压力进行分析,并充分考虑长管道连接部位的FSI现象。试验结果表明仿真与实际结论吻合良好,验证了分析方法的合理性和正确性。
In order to study the pressure transient characteristics during the transmission of aircraft pipeline system, the paper gives the MOC-MOC and MOC-FEM methods to study the fluid structure interaction (FSI) by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the fluid and the structure. . The method is applied to the pipe system of single straight pipes and elbows provided with fuel control valves at the end of the pipe to analyze the fluid dynamic pressure induced by water hammer when the fuel control valve is rapidly closed and fully consider the FSI phenomenon. The experimental results show that the simulation is in good agreement with the actual results, which verifies the rationality and correctness of the analysis method.
