目的对胡桃科黄杞属植物黄杞(Engelhardtia roxburghiana Wall.)叶的脂溶性部分的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱等多种方法分离单体化合物,通过波谱数据分析鉴定其结构。结果分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为白果酚(ginkgol,1)、α-tocopherylquinone(2)、cassipourol(3)、催吐萝芙木醇(vomifoliol,4)、去氢催吐萝芙木醇(dehydrovomifoliol,5)、花旗松素(taxilfolin,6)、2-甲氧基胡桃醌(2-methoxyjuglone,7)、2-乙氧基胡桃醌(2-ethoxyjuglone,8)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,9)。结论化合1~5为首次从黄杞属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the liposoluble fraction of the leaves of the genus Walnut, Genus Walnut, of Engelhardtia roxburghiana Wall. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Their structures were identified by spectral data analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as ginkgol (1), α-tocopherylquinone (2), cassipourol (3), vomifoliol (4), dehydrovomifoliol , 5), taxilfolin (6), 2-methoxyjuglone (7), 2-ethoxyjuglone (8) and β-sitosterol sitosterol, 9). Conclusion 1 ~ 5 for the first time isolated from genus Huangqi plants.
