中国共产党十七届六中全会提出:“社会主义核心价值体系是兴国之灵魂,是社会主义先进文化的精髓,决定着中国特色社会主义发展方向。”党的十八大要求在全体人民中积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。在新的历史背景下,明确音乐传播与社会主义核心价值体系的关系,探索构建社会主义核心价值体系过程中的音乐传播,对推动中华民族的伟大复兴具有重要的现实意义。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward: “The socialist core value system is the soul of rejuvenating the country and is the essence of the advanced culture of socialism and decides the direction for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.” The 18th CPC Congress demanded that all people Actively cultivate and practice the socialist core values.
