[目的]研究昆参颗粒对诱导型胃癌模型大鼠血管内皮生成因子(VEGF)的抑制作用。[方法]用N-甲基-N-硝基-亚硝基胍(MNNG)诱导建立胃癌大鼠模型,酶联免疫吸附法及免疫组织化学法检测诱导型胃癌大鼠血浆水平及胃癌组织VEGF蛋白、VEGF mRNA的表达。[结果]昆参颗粒组可明显降低MNNG诱导的胃癌大鼠血浆VEGF水平,并能下调诱导型胃癌组织VEGF蛋白及VEGF mRNA表达。[结论]昆参颗粒对诱导型胃癌模型大鼠VEGF有明显的抑制作用。
[Objective] To study the inhibitory effect of Kunshen Granule on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in inducible gastric cancer model rats. [Methods] A rat model of gastric cancer was established with N-methyl-N-nitro-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG). ELISA was used to detect the plasma level of inducible gastric cancer and VEGF in stomach cancer tissues by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemistry. Protein, VEGF mRNA expression. [Results] The Kun Shen Granule group can significantly reduce the plasma VEGF level induced by MNNG in gastric cancer rats, and can down-regulate the expression of VEGF protein and VEGF mRNA in inducible gastric cancer tissues. [Conclusion] Kunshen Granules can obviously inhibit VEGF in inducible gastric cancer model rats.
