活性炭对低水溶性的代谢产物和安眠药物具有广谱的吸附性能,是用于血液灌流清除血液中内生和外源毒物的优良吸附剂。碳化树脂是形状规整、表面光滑、机械强度高的碳质吸附剂。本文研究了碳化树脂对安眠药物的吸附,并于活性炭和其他吸附剂作了对比,实验结果表明,碳化树脂对安眠药物的吸附性能与活性炭接近,具有吸附量大、吸附率高、吸附速度快等优点。
Activated carbon has a broad spectrum of adsorption properties for low water soluble metabolites and hypnotic drugs and is an excellent adsorbent for hemoperfusion to remove endogenous and exogenous toxicants in the blood. Carbonized resin is a regular shape, smooth surface, high mechanical strength carbonaceous adsorbent. In this paper, we studied the adsorption of sleeping pills by carbonized resin, and compared the active carbon with other adsorbents. The experimental results show that the adsorption of sleeping pills by carbonized resin is close to that of activated carbon, which has the advantages of large adsorption capacity, high adsorption rate and fast adsorption rate Etc.
