目的:对肝癌细针下的取材,作为组织涂片进行观察,并对获得最佳组织涂片的针型大小做出选择。方法:选择7号和9号穿刺针(22G和20G)两组作为比较。对象全部为肝细胞癌。以全片不同视野中累积出现3个或3个以上紧密靠拢的团状或条索状癌细胞巢样所见为阳性片。计算两组癌巢阳性率片数。结果7号与9号细针涂片癌巢阳性率间有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:9号细针为获得最佳组织涂片的针型。
OBJECTIVE: To select the material under the fine needle of liver cancer, observe it as a tissue smear, and select the needle size for obtaining the best tissue smear. METHODS: Two sets of 7 and 9 puncture needles (22G and 20G) were selected for comparison. All subjects were hepatocellular carcinoma. Accumulation of 3 or more close clusters of nest-like or cord-like cancerous cells was seen as a positive slice in all fields. Calculate the positive rate of both groups of cancer nests. Results There was a significant difference in the positive rates of cancer nests between No. 7 and No. 9 fine needle smears (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Fine needle No. 9 is the needle type for optimal tissue smear.
