未来,强生控股的发展目标,是成为向上海市民出行提供全方位服务的综合运营商2011年5月25日,强生控股收到中国证券登记公司出具的证券变更登记证明,标志着历时近一年的“强生-巴士”整合告一段落。重组完成后的新强生,下属营运车辆有17669辆,其中出租车13034辆、租赁车4357辆,均成为上海同行业规模之首。然而,堪称颠覆格局的强强联合背后,也折射出出租车行业现状的一些问题。新强生,重新出发。
