煤尘主要引起煤尘肺。分析煤尘肺与煤尘浓度的关系,不但可以为防尘措施提供依据,也可以为国家修订煤尘浓度标准提供现场调查资料。本文试以洛南、熊耳山(以下简称甲、乙矿)两个县办煤矿63~83年的粉尘测定资料和此期间尘肺动态观察结果为依据,经统计分析讨论提出煤尘最高容许浓度的建议与该矿尘肺发病的预测和预报工作。并以累积接尘量的累积发病概率与实际调查结果作了讨论分析。
