我国著名经济学家北京商学院院长贺名伦最近谈到企业如何进入市场时指出:一、首先要了解市场,才能掌握市场。1.企业要进入市场,企业家必须牢牢掌握市场经济运行原则,即自愿让度(即自由贸易)、等价交换、平等竞争。2.企业进入市场,企业家必须了解市场的四大作用。(1)显示作用。我们从市场上可以看改革的成功与否,更可以看企业的成功与否。(2)导向作用。消费者的需求反映到市场上就是企业的生产导向,企业要从生产中心向营销中心转变,这样才能使速度、效益同步增长。(3)调节作用。企业要充分认识、利用价格、利息、税收、外汇这四大调节杠杆。(4)扩大功能。
