随着工作重点的转移和学校基础理论教学的加强。目前,我国大专院校学生学习任务十分繁重,昔遍存在着每日学习时间过长,活动量很少,学生健康水平不佳,体质下降的情况,应该引起我们足够的重视。对此,虽然教育部门及有关方面一再强调增强学生的体质问题,但缺乏有效措施和具体办法。因此,大学体育面临的一项重要任务,就是设法寻求出适当的体育锻炼方式,提高在校学生的健康水平和不断改善他们的体质状况,以适应四个现代化的要求。

Therefore, an important task faced by college PE is to find ways to exercise physical fitness, to improve the health of school students and to constantly improve their physical condition so as to meet the requirements of the four modernizations.
