目前国内的薄煤层综采工作面视频监控系统普遍存在延时大、拍摄效果不清晰、稳定性差等诸多问题。因此,基于薄煤层综采工作面的工作条件,以实现对液压支架和采煤机、固定点的工况视频监测为目的,通过研究设计矿用隔爆千兆光端机、矿用隔爆监视器、矿用隔爆计算机主机、矿用隔爆网络摄像仪等设备,建立一套应用于薄煤层综采工作面的视频监控系统。经实际测试表明,本系统稳定性好、实时性高,对煤矿的安全高效生产具有不可替代的作用。
Currently, there are many problems in the video surveillance system of the fully mechanized mining face in the thin coal seam, such as large delay, unclear shooting effect and poor stability. Therefore, based on the working conditions of the fully mechanized mining face in thin coal seam, in order to realize the video surveillance of working conditions of hydraulic support, shearer and fixed point, the design of mine explosion-proof gigabit optical transceiver, mine flameproof monitor , Mine explosion-proof computer host, mining explosion-proof network cameras and other equipment, the establishment of a set of thin seam used in fully mechanized face of the video surveillance system. The actual test shows that the system has good stability and high real-time performance, and plays an irreplaceable role in the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
