1临床资料患者男,31岁.因龟头、冠状沟多发溃疡4d,于2012年7月24日就诊我院皮肤科.患者4d前无明显诱因龟头、冠状沟出现5处约黄豆大小溃疡面,无明显自觉症状.4周前有不洁性接触史.体格检查:一般情况好,右侧腹股沟可扪及1枚约3 cm×4 cm大小肿大淋巴结,活动可,无压痛.皮肤科情况:龟头、冠状沟见5处约黄豆大小浅溃疡面,无自发痛及触痛,边界清楚,周围堤状隆起,绕以红晕,基底成肉红色,上有少许渗出物,触之有软骨样硬度.
