通过在气流磨制粉过程中添加少量有机防氧化剂等措施 ,实现了在通常的烧结Nd -Fe -B生产条件下 ,批量制作具有高综合永磁性能的烧结Nd -Fe -B磁体 ,其磁性能为 :Br=1.364T ,HcB =1035kA/m ,Hci=1177kA/m ,Hk =1133kA/m ,Hk/Hci=0.963 ,(BH)max=353.88kJ/m3。SEM组织观察表明 ,由于磁体的氧含量较低 ,在烧结过程中富Nd相有较好的流动性 ,能较均匀地呈薄层状分布在主相晶粒周围 ,因而磁体在稀土总量较低的情况下仍具有较高的矫顽力。
By adding a small amount of organic anti-oxidant in the process of air milling, it is achieved that the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnet with high integrated permanent magnetic performance can be mass-produced in the usual sintered Nd-Fe-B production condition. Can be: Br = 1.364T, HcB = 1035 kA / m, Hci = 1177 kA / m, Hk = 1133 kA / m, Hk / Hci = 0.963, (BH) max = 353.88 kJ / m3. The SEM observation shows that due to the low oxygen content of the magnet, the Nd-rich phase in the sintering process has better fluidity and can be more uniformly distributed around the main phase grains in a thin layer. Therefore, when the total rare earth content is low, The case still has a higher coercivity.
