中学的国际教育,正经历着里程碑式的大跨越。政府和教育行政部门如何通过政策指引、行政监督,引领和促进中学国际教育的良性发展?体制、师资和理念,是不可回避的三个着眼点。一是体制束缚及其突破。以多语种、多教材、小班化为特点的民办外国语学校形成了独特的国际化办学模式。而普通高中的国际化进程,却受制于现行的中学教育体制,难以满足群众多元化的教育需求。
International education in secondary schools is undergoing a landmark leap. How can the government and educational administration guide and promote the sound development of international education in secondary schools? The system, teachers and philosophy are the three unavoidable focuses through policy guidance and administrative supervision. First, institutional constraints and its breakthrough. The privately-run foreign language school characterized by multilingualism, multi-textbooks and small classes has formed a unique internationalized schooling mode. However, the process of internationalization in ordinary senior high schools is limited by the current secondary education system and it is difficult to meet the diverse educational needs of the masses.
