哈尔滨市中小学图书馆共有专(兼)职工作人员700余人,其中受过专业培训的225人,占32％。“十年动乱”期间,我市中小学图书馆损失严重,绝大多数学校的书刊资料散失殆尽。中小学校图书馆的现有藏书主要是十一届三中全会以后购置的。经过十多年的努力,总体面貌有了很大的改观。据统计,截至1990年底,哈市中小学图书馆藏书已达1340326册。其中南岗区372851册,道外区188000册,道里区305000册,动力区226321册,香坊区135560册,太平区112594册。部分学校图书馆已初具规模,达到“三室”配
Harbin primary and secondary libraries a total of (part-time) staff of 700 people, of whom 225 were professionally trained, accounting for 32%.
