《普通高中体育与健康课程标准》(以下简称“新课标”)确立了“健康第一”的指导思想和以学生发展为中心,注重学生运动爱好和专长的形成,奠定学生终身体育的基础课程理念。为了验证在“新课标”的指导下,广州市第十三中学(以下简称“我校”)高中实施体育选项课教学模式的科学性、可行性,推广价值性作了文献资料法、调查法、实验法和数据统计法,对高中在新课标的背景下,实施体育选项课教学中相关问题进行研究分析。结果表明,在新课标背景下,我校高中体育选项课教学,体现了素质教育的要求,符合高中学生心理健康等基本规律,符合学生的主体需要,为培养和优化学生的综合体育素质提供了依据,为学生提供了广阔的发展空间。
The “Standard of Physical Education and Health Curriculum for General Senior High School” (hereinafter referred to as the “New Curriculum Standards”) has established the guiding ideology of “health first” and centered on student development, focusing on the formation of students’ sports hobbies and specialties, laying the foundation for students Lifelong Physical Education basic course concept. The results show that under the new curriculum standard, the teaching of PE elective course in our high school reflects the requirements of quality education, meets the basic law of high school students’ mental health and meets the needs of students’ main body, and provides the basis for training and optimizing students’ comprehensive sports qualities The basis for the students to provide a broad space for development.
