粘液水肿性心包积液是甲减心血管病变的一种表现。临床上并不少见,但常被忽视或漏诊。个例报告散见于全国各杂志。今将我区5所医院的6例报告,及内蒙古自治区医院的6例甲减性心包积液综合报告如下: 临床资料本文12例,男2例,女10例,年龄:34～65岁。无病因可查10例,2例甲亢~(131)碘治疗后。病程1～12年。临床上均先后出现畏寒、乏力、反应迟钝、嗜睡、语音低沉、行动迟缓、舌体大、毛发与眉毛稀 Mucus edema pericardial effusion is a manifestation of hypothyroidism.
