一、制订“能力本位、两轮驱动”双师型教师队伍建设方案根据《教育部人力资源社会保障部财政部关于实施国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校建设计划的意见》(教职成〔2010〕9号)等文件要求,结合学校师资队伍的实际情况,经过反复研究,制订了“能力本位、两轮驱动”的双师型教师队伍建设方案。即以职业活动中需要的实际能力和教师岗位职业能力培养为本位,从学校师资队伍整体发展与教师个人发展两个层面,以“任务驱动”为手段,强力推进教师的专业发展和学校双师型教师队伍
