通过Fluent软件对220 t/h的生物质循环流化床的炉膛进行简化,建立二维模型并对其进行燃烧模拟;通过对炉膛内的温度场、O2、CO2等组分的模拟结果进行分析,得知炉膛下部处生物质燃料燃烧最为剧烈的位置发生在炉膛下部4 m截面位置处,在该位置的燃烧反应消耗绝大部分一次风,炉膛内其他截面的温度沿炉膛高度总体呈现下降趋势,燃烧温度较低且变化范围不大。对不同粒径的生物质燃料在炉膛内的燃烧情况分析,得知小粒径的固相颗粒在炉膛内燃烧的更加充分并且消耗更多的O2。
The Fluent software was used to simplify the hearth of a 220 t / h biomass circulating fluidized bed. The two-dimensional model was established and the combustion simulation was carried out.
