目的:通过对复方配伍与提高免疫功能及抗炎活性来探讨复方菝葜中生黄芪、白芍的配伍关系。方法:运用正交设计方法,小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞模型,大鼠蛋清足肿胀和肉芽肿模型,以吞噬指标、足肿胀率、肉芽肿重为指标,观察药物配伍对免疫功能,抗炎作用的关系,并对新复方的疗效进行验证试验。结果:正交试验表明,生黄芪、白芍对免疫功能具有增强作用(P<0.05),白芍对炎症有显著增强作用(P<0.05)。在免疫作用方面,新复方有增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞指数,促进ConA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖作用(P<0.01);可减轻蛋清引起的大鼠足肿胀,与阴性对照组相比(P<0.05);可显著抑制苯酚胶浆导致的大鼠子宫内膜病变,与模型组相比(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:优选的复方应配伍生黄芪、白芍。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the compatibility between astragalus membranaceus and Radix Paeoniae Alba by radix paeoniaee complex compound and improve immune function and anti-inflammatory activity. Methods: Orthogonal design method was used. Mouse peritoneal macrophages phagocytosed chicken erythrocyte model, rat model of egg white swollen and granuloma. Using phagocytosis index, foot swelling rate and granuloma weight as indexes, the effect of drug compatibility on immune function, Anti-inflammatory effects of the relationship between the new compound and the efficacy of the validation test. Results: Orthogonal test showed that Radix Astragali and Radix Paeoniae Alba could enhance the immune function (P <0.05) and Radix Paeoniae Albae significantly enhanced the inflammation (P <0.05). In terms of immune function, the new compound can enhance phagocytosis of mouse erythrocyte index and promote the proliferation of ConA-induced T lymphocytes (P <0.01); can reduce egg white-induced rat paw swelling compared with the negative control group (P <0.05). It could significantly inhibit the endometrial lesions induced by phenol glue compared with the model group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: The preferred compound should be compatible with raw astragalus, white peony root.
