NACDS介绍 NACDS成立于1933年,现拥有190个连锁药店经营企业,2200家供应商,130个国际会员,目前协会的主要工作是: 1、积极与政府合作,制订法规创造良好的行业环境。协会与联邦政府和州政府建立关系,介绍、推广和联系药店经营品种。 2、每年组织13～14次行业会议,促进行业零售商与供应商的接触。协会组织提供场地,零售商与供应商在会上见面,洽谈合作,分享信息,协会不参与谈判内容。 3、做行业市场调查,满足顾客需求。针对行业需求,有课题地做信息调查分析,如:零售药店如何防抢?如何吸引低收入消费者进入药店?如何将退货成本降低?…… 4、作医药行业的宣传,吸引更多的青年人加入。如美国零售药店执业药师短缺,协会提供奖学金,作广告鼓励广大青年成为药剂师,并与国家移民局协商,允许其他国家的药师移民到美国。 协会会员中的连锁药店形式主要分为三类:1、传统药店,如WAL—GREENS;2、超市(出售食品生鲜)药店,也出售处方药,进行配药,如TIMES;3、平价药店,如WAL—MART。 协会共有6个部门110名员工,分别为1、行政办公室;2、会员部;3、财务部;4、处方药部;5、政府关系部门(联邦政府)6、政府关系部门(州政府)。
