１城市灾害学原理初论 一门学科的确立及其分类是一个非常复杂的课题。城市灾害学能否得到科技界的确认、主管部门的认可和最终纳入国家标准学科分类序列即取得法定的学科地位，是该学科创建是否成功的最重要标志。城市灾害学作为一门学科至少要回答如下问题，才不失学科的科学
1 Urban Disaster Theory First, the establishment of a discipline and its classification is a very complex issue. Whether urban disaster science can be confirmed by science and technology circles or not is the most important symbol of the successful establishment of disciplines whether the department recognized and eventually incorporated into the national standard discipline classification sequence is the statutory subject status. Urban disaster science as a discipline should at least answer the following questions without losing the science of discipline
