本文就掩蔽剂的延迟交联机理进行了研究。实验结果表明,不加掩蔽剂时瓜尔胶与交联剂15s成胶,每100 m L压裂液中分别引入0.6mL的25%三乙醇胺水溶液、20%丙三醇水溶液、12%调节pH后的EDTA水溶液,交联挑挂时间可达91s,62s,181s,且引入掩蔽剂后,冻胶的耐温抗剪切性、破胶后的表面张力与粘度符合要求。
In this paper, delayed crosslinking mechanism of masking agent was studied. The experimental results showed that when no masking agent was added, the guar gum was crosslinked with the crosslinker for 15 s, and 0.6 mL of 25% triethanolamine solution, 20% glycerol aqueous solution and 12% pH adjustment were introduced into every 100 m L of fracturing fluid After the EDTA aqueous solution, the cross-linking pick-up time of up to 91s, 62s, 181s, and the introduction of masking agent, jelly gel temperature shear resistance, gel breaking surface tension and viscosity meet the requirements.
