At 11:30 pm on September 11, 2014, Yongtai Primary School in Haidian District, Beijing staged a performance called “The Rise and Fall of Dreams - Concert for Accordion Orchestra” in the PLA Military Music Hall. The 600-seat military music hall was packed.
