既往临床报告圆窗膜(RWM)破裂产生的外淋巴瘘(PLF)病例显示有不同程度的听力损失。动物试验也得到了类似结果。本文研究目的在于阐明豚鼠的 RWM 破裂所致的 PLF 是否及如何影响听觉动作电位(AP),实验选用32只豚鼠分成相等的两组,均在局麻下埋植 AP的记录电极,第一组:单纯 RWM 穿孔,打开左耳听泡,注意不损伤中耳其他结构,暴露出RWM,在直视下完成 RWM 穿孔,分别于 RWM穿孔后5、30和60分钟时记录短声刺激诱发的AP 振幅和潜伏期。第二组,释放脑脊液(CSF)后再行 RWM 穿孔。按前组同样操作,在做RWM 穿孔前先打开枕骨,暴露出硬脑膜,切
Previous cases of perilymph fistula (PLF) caused by ruptured round window membrane (RWM) have shown varying degrees of hearing loss. Animal experiments also yielded similar results. The aim of this study is to elucidate whether and how PLF caused by RWM rupture in guinea pigs affects the auditory action potential (AP). 32 guinea pigs were divided equally into two groups. The AP recording electrodes were implanted under local anesthesia.
