用半微量法分析了N-亚硝基-N-甲基脲素诱发的大鼠乳腺癌(含有Ha-ras-1癌基因)的神经节苷脂谱及其唾液酸转移酶活性。与正常大鼠乳腺组织比较,该乳腺癌组织的神经节苷脂谱有明显改变,并伴有GD_3合成酶活性的增高。作者对可能引起这一改变的乳腺癌基因背景进行了讨论。
The ganglioside profile and sialyltransferase activity of rat breast cancer (containing the Ha-ras-1 oncogene) induced by N-nitroso-N-methylurea were analyzed by the semi-micro method. Compared with the normal rat mammary gland tissue, the ganglioside profile of this breast cancer tissue was significantly changed, with an increase in the activity of GD3 synthase. The authors discussed the genetic background of breast cancer that may have caused this change.
