自1985年1月至1997年1月,我院共收治原发行输尿管癌病人15例,现报告如下: 1 临床资料 本组共15例,男11例,女4例,年龄为35～77岁,平均55.8岁,左侧9例,右侧6例,肿瘤位于输尿管上段2例,中段1例,下段12例,3例伴有膀胱癌,间歇性肉眼血尿13例,8例患侧腰部胀痛,IVU检查13例,其中7例患侧肾、输尿管不显影,肾积水3例,输尿管充盈缺损3例,膀胱镜检查10例,输尿
