目的探讨兔眼视网膜厚度的国产与进口Stratus相干光断层扫描(OCT)仪检测与组织学检查值之间的相关性。设计实验研究。研究对象15只兔眼。方法先对兔眼的视网膜检测部位进行激光标记定位,分别用国产OSE-1800型OCT实验样机和Stratus OCT扫描并测量该部位的视网膜厚度值,再采用组织学方法检测相应部位的视网膜厚度值,应用SPSS 11.5软件统计学对比分析。主要指标视网膜神经上皮层厚度值。结果OSE-1800 OCT测量兔眼视网膜神经上皮层厚度平均值为(122.5±7.4)μm,Stratus OCT测量值为(118.0±5.6)μm,组织学测量值为(116.3±8.8)μm,P=0.292;OSE-1800 OCT与Stratus OCT测量兔眼视网膜神经上皮层厚度的相关系数为0.914(P=0.000),OSE-1800 OCT与组织学测量值的相关系数为0.872(P=0.001),OSE-1800 OCT与组织学测量值的相关系数为0.833(P=0.002)。结论OSE-1800型OCT与Stratus OCT均能准确地定量测量兔眼视网膜厚度,它们与组织形态学测量值均有较好的相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the retinal thickness of rabbit retina and the imported Stratus coherence tomography (OCT) and histological examination. Design experiment research. Subjects 15 rabbits. Methods The retina of rabbit eye was first laser-labeled. The OSA-1800 OCT experimental model and Stratus OCT were used to scan and measure the retinal thickness. The retinal thickness was detected by histological method. Application SPSS 11.5 software statistical analysis. The main indicators of retinal nerve epithelial thickness value. Results The mean retinal neuroepithelial thickness of OSA-1800 OCT was (122.5 ± 7.4) μm, Stratus OCT was (118.0 ± 5.6) μm and the histological value was (116.3 ± 8.8) μm, P = 0.292 The correlation coefficient between OSE-1800 OCT and Stratus OCT was 0.914 (P = 0.000). The correlation coefficient between OSE-1800 OCT and histological measurement was 0.872 (P = 0.001). OSE-1800 The correlation coefficient between OCT and histological measurements was 0.833 (P = 0.002). Conclusions OSE-1800 type OCT and Stratus OCT can both accurately and quantitatively measure the retina thickness of rabbit eyes, and they have a good correlation with histomorphological measurements.
