目的 :观察胃康复冲剂对胃粘膜上皮细胞核、线粒体 Zn、Cu和 DNA含量的影响。方法 :应用胃康复冲剂治疗 6 1例脾虚证胃粘膜肠上皮化生 (IM)和不典型增生 (ATP)患者。治疗前后均作胃镜检查 ,取胃窦部粘膜测定细胞核与线粒体的微量元素及细胞核 DNA含量。结果 :4组脾虚证和 4组 IM亚型 ,在治疗前胃粘膜上皮细胞核Zn、Cu和 DNA水平均较健康对照组高 ,而线粒体 Zn、Cu水平则较健康对照组低 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。治疗后均有不同程度的改善 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 :胃康复冲剂治愈临床症状、逆转 IM和 ATP,是通过改善胃粘膜上皮细胞核与线粒体的 Zn、Cu、DNA含量和体内其他生物活性物质的水平 ,以维护机体内环境适应性调节机制实现的。
Objective : To observe the effect of Weifu Granule on the content of nuclear, mitochondrial Zn, Cu and DNA of gastric epithelial cells. Methods: Sixty-one patients with spleen deficiency syndrome were involved in intestinal metaplasia (IM) and atypical hyperplasia (ATP). Gastroscopy was performed before and after treatment. The gastric antral mucosa was measured to determine the nuclear and mitochondrial trace elements and nuclear DNA content. RESULTS: In the 4 groups of spleen deficiency syndrome and 4 subgroups of IM subtypes, the levels of Zn, Cu and DNA in the gastric mucosal epithelial cells before treatment were higher than those in the healthy control group, while the mitochondrial Zn and Cu levels were lower than those in the healthy control group (P < .0. 0 5-0. 0 1). After treatment, there were different degrees of improvement (P < 0.05 ~ 0.01). Conclusion: Weifugan granules can cure clinical symptoms and reverse IM and ATP by improving the levels of Zn, Cu and DNA of gastric epithelial cell nuclei and mitochondria, and the levels of other biologically active substances in the body, so as to maintain the mechanism of environmental adaptation in vivo. .
