目的掌握商丘市淡色库蚊和家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,研究防控对策。方法淡色库蚊采用幼虫浸渍法,家蝇采用成虫微量点滴法,24 h记录各处理组的死亡数。结果商丘市淡色库蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷、溴氰菊酯和仲丁威的抗性系数分别为2.49、2.52、6.40、2.50和1.71;家蝇对敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯和溴氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为4.07、19.82、115.26和518.35。结论商丘市淡色库蚊、家蝇对长期使用的杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性,其中家蝇对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的抗性尤其严重。
Objective To grasp the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens and housefly to commonly used insecticides in Shangqiu city and to study the control strategies. Methods The Culex pipiens pallens were immersed in larvae and the houseflies were treated with the micro-drip method. The number of deaths in each treatment group was recorded 24 h. Results The resistance coefficients of Culex pipiens pallens to beta-cypermethrin, permethrin, phoxim, deltamethrin and sec-butyl were 2.49, 2.52, 6.40, 2.50 and 1.71, The resistance coefficients of permethrin to deltamethrin were 4.07, 19.82, 115.26 and 518.35, respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens and housefly in Shangqiu have different levels of resistance to long-term insecticides, and housefly is particularly resistant to pyrethroid insecticides.
