一、选种育苗 早熟种有中青1号、上海2号、翠光、早生;中熟种有中青2号、上海1号、绿岭;晚熟种有阿波罗、深海等。大面积实践证明,以上品种春,秋两季均可栽培。春季栽培一般在1～2月播种,可用温室、温床或阳畦育苗;秋季栽培6～7月播种,可用遮阳网或遮荫棚育苗。床土要疏松、肥沃,每30平方米苗床地均匀撒播种子40～50克(可定植1亩左右)。当幼苗有2～3片真叶时间苗,按8～10厘米见方选留壮苗:有4～5片真叶时摘心,摘心时只留2片本叶,经7天左右即可长出2个侧枝(以后可采收2个花蕾)。间苗和摘心后及时追肥,每10平方米苗床每次施尿素150～200克。定植前3～5天逐渐炼苗,以利定植成活。
