热风炉烘炉测温技术,就是在洪炉过程中通过对烟道废气测湿,来判断耐火砖砌体中水分被烘干的程度、当标准状态下烟道废气单位体积中的水分等于燃烧器出口处煤气完全燃烧后标准状态下烟气单位体积中的水分时,就可判断耐火砖砌体中的水分已被烘干;反之,前者大于后者,说明砌体尚未烘干;若前者小于后者,说明测湿有异常,需查找原因。我厂于1989年底建成一座1260m~3高炉和四座热风炉,在热风炉烘炉中采用了废气测湿技术。 1.烘炉采用的燃料本次热风炉烘炉使用的燃料为100%的焦炉煤气,其化学成分见表1。
