我国的饮食习惯与东南亚国家、日本有所类似,因此,在这些国家,中餐馆颇易立足。经营管理和菜式调制好一些的,在所在地区,大都比较红火,尤其粤菜,花式品种繁多而味道各具特色,因而更具吸引力。而在以牛油和面包为主食的美国,经过漫长的岁月,中国餐馆现也已争得了一席之地。
Our country’s eating habits are similar to those in Southeast Asia and Japan. Therefore, in these countries, Chinese restaurants are quite easy to gain a foothold. Better management and cuisine modulation, in the region, most of the more prosperous, especially Cantonese, fancy variety and taste of different characteristics, and therefore more attractive. In the United States where butter and bread are the staple foods, Chinese restaurants have won a place for a long time.
