根管充填是根管治疗的一个重要环节,它的目的是对根管系统三维地(three dimension)进行彻底充填,封闭,以促进根尖周组织的修复,消除根管和根尖周再感染的机会。由于根管系统的复杂性和变异性,临床上约60%失败的根管治疗是由根管的充填或封闭不全引起的。因此,很多学者认为,良好的封闭能力对根管封闭剂来说很重要。 玻璃离子(Glass ionomer cement),具备良好的生物相容性和能与牙体组织化学性结合的性能。已被广泛应用于冠桥粘固、牙体修复和衬底等,但应用于根管充填才刚刚开始。本实验采用染料渗入法,与被公认为封闭力最好的材料AH26对比,研究玻璃离子对根尖的封闭能力。
Root canal filling is an important part of root canal therapy.
