班规能够协调、沟通、搭建个体与集体的行为关系,起着规范、约束、建构与优化个体行为的作用。很多班规的制定随意性大,缺乏科学性、系统性、整合性、有效性。“调研准备、制定班规、调适完善”的系统设计有助于班规的优化。班规的制定是一个系统设计与调适的过程,只有给学生充分的话语权与参与权,才能发挥班规的规范与优化行为的价值。班规的制定要考虑以下几点:科学与有效、整合与系统、适切与认可、建构与生成,以让班规由死的条目走向活的文化基因。
