介绍了等温淬火60Si2Mn钢的磨损特性,并对磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明,等温淬火得到的马氏体、下贝氏体及残余奥氏体适当配合的复合组织明显提高钢的耐磨性。
The wear characteristics of 60Si2Mn austempering steel were introduced and the wear mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the proper combination of martensite, lower bainite and retained austenite obtained by the isothermal quenching significantly improves the wear resistance of the steel.
