首都机场海关在深化业务改革,调整现场作业流程的基础上,以“转变职能,理顺关系,精兵简政,提高效率”为指导,以理顺工作关系,提高工作质量,促进机构和人员精简,调动工作人员积极性,形成自我约束机制,推动基层全面建设为目的,进行了多层次、全方位的人事制度改革,取得了较好的成效。
Capital Airport Customs has been deepening its business reforms and adjusting its on-site operation procedures. It has been guided by the principle of “changing functions, rationalizing relations, optimizing military management, and improving efficiency” to rationalize working relationships, improve work quality, and promote the streamlining of institutions and personnel. The enthusiasm of the staff, the formation of a self-restraining mechanism, and the promotion of comprehensive grass-roots construction are the goals of a multi-level and comprehensive reform of the personnel system, which has achieved good results.
