在1937-1945年的中国全面抗日战争期间,东亚地区存在着两种国际秩序的较量:以“门户开放”为特征、美国主导建立的华盛顿体系;以“共存共荣”为特征、日本企图建立的“大东亚共荣圈”。日本的全面侵华战争导致了华盛顿体系的崩溃;太平洋战争之后,日本初步在亚洲太平洋地区建立起“大东亚共荣圈”。但随着中国抗日战争和世界反法西斯战争的胜利,日本所谓的“大东亚共荣圈”只是昙花一现。
During the period of China’s all-out war of resistance against Japan from 1937 to 1945, there were two kinds of international order battles in East Asia: the “open system” characterized by the U.S.-led Washington system and characterized by “coexistence and common prosperity”. Japan’s attempt to establish a “Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Circle.” Japan’s total invasion of China led to the collapse of the Washington system. After the Pacific War, Japan initially established a “Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Circle” in the Asia Pacific region. However, with the triumph of the Chinese anti-Japanese war and the world anti-fascist war, Japan’s so-called “Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Circle” is only short-lived.
