一、概况: 苏联葡萄种植面积,占世界第四位,位于西班牙、法国、意大利之后;每人平均约有葡萄面积0.07亩。苏联1973年生产各种葡萄酒约三百万吨,低于法国、意大利和西班牙,名列第四位。苏联葡萄酒的生产技术比较落后,生产一吨葡萄酒需要五亩以上葡萄地,而法国和意大利一吨葡萄酒祗用两亩半土地,说明在葡萄耕作管理方方面是粗放的。二、葡萄种植情况: 1972年苏联对葡萄种植面积作了正式公布(如表一)。
I. Overview: The Soviet grape planting area accounts for the fourth place in the world, after Spain, France and Italy; each person has an average area of 0.07 mu. The Soviet Union produced about 3 million tons of various wines in 1973, which was lower than France, Italy and Spain and ranked fourth. The production technology of Soviet wines is relatively backward. Producing one ton of wine requires more than five acres of vineyards, while France and Italy use one ton of wine to use two and a half acres of land, indicating that the management of vineyards is extensive. Second, the grape planting situation: In 1972, the Soviet Union officially announced the grape planting area (as shown in Table 1).
