探讨了橡胶粉改性乳化沥青用于微表处混合料的可行性,基于室内试验和试验路铺筑研究了橡胶粉改性乳化沥青微表处混合料的施工性能、耐磨耗性能、抗车辙性能、水稳定性、低温抗裂性、降噪性及长期使用性能。试验结果表明,橡胶粉改性乳化沥青微表处混合料工作性能良好,能满足微表处混合料快速开放的要求。橡胶粉改性乳化沥青微表处混合料路用性能良好,其耐磨耗性能和低温抗裂性能优于SBS改性微表处混合料。随着橡胶粉掺量增大微表处混合料吸声系数呈二次函数关系增大,相比SBS改性乳化沥青微表处,在800~1 000 Hz振动频率范围内,橡胶粉改性乳化沥青微表处混合料的吸声系数可增大8%~15%,1 000~1 500 Hz振动频率范围内,橡胶粉改性乳化沥青微表处混合料的吸声系数可增大16%~24%,橡胶粉改性乳化沥青微表处混合料可大幅度降低传统微表处的噪音,具有优良的降噪功能。工程实践表明,橡胶粉改性乳化沥青微表处混合料与旧沥青混凝土路面黏附状况良好,施工性能好,采用橡胶粉改性乳化沥青微表处混合料延长了道路的使用寿命,经济、社会效益显著,具有推广应用价值。
The feasibility of using rubber powder modified emulsified asphalt as material for micro-surfacing was discussed. The construction performance, wear resistance, anti-wear property and anti-wear property of rubber powder modified emulsified asphalt micro-surfacing material were studied based on laboratory test and test road pavement. Compared with the micro-surfacing of SBS modified emulsified asphalt, the rubber powder was modified in the vibration frequency range of 800-1000 Hz The sound absorption coefficient of the emulsified asphalt micro-surfacing mixture can be increased by 8% -15%. Within the vibration frequency range of 1 000-1 500 Hz, the sound absorption coefficient of the rubber powder modified emulsified asphalt micro-surfacing mixture can be increased by 16 % ~ 24%, rubber powder modified emulsified asphalt mixture of micro-surfacing can significantly reduce the noise of traditional micro-surfacing, with excellent noise reduction.
