[目的]基于专利文献分析天然抗肿瘤药的发展态势。[方法]采用专利计量分析、社会网络分析等方法从专利申请数量、专利生命周期、专利技术领域、网络密度、中心性等方面对天然抗肿瘤药的发展态势进行深入分析。[结果]全球天然抗肿瘤药领域共有专利申请57 728件,近几年处于稳定的发展时期;美国和中国专利数量处于绝对领先地位,专利申请量分别为21 227件和18 172件;专利申请最多的机构是中国上海BODE基因发展有限公司和瑞士罗氏制药公司,专利数量分别为1172件和862件;专利技术领域主要集中在抗肿瘤活性和剂型的相关研究;研究主题主要涉及肿瘤相关的基因克隆表达及其编码蛋白的特征与功能研究、细胞生长因子及其受体对肿瘤细胞的影响及机制研究等14个领域。[结论]天然抗肿瘤药是肿瘤领域非常重要的研究方向。通过对天然抗肿瘤药的专利进行深入分析,可以了解该领域的研究现状和发展态势,为肿瘤研究和新药研发提供一定的借鉴和参考。
[Objective] To analyze the development trend of natural anticancer drugs based on patent documents. [Methods] The essay analyzed the development trend of natural anticancer drugs from the aspects of patent application quantity, patent life cycle, patent technology field, network density and centrality by means of patented measurement analysis and social network analysis. [Results] A total of 57 728 patent applications were filed in the field of natural anticancer drugs in the world, which was in a stable period of development in recent years. The number of patents in the United States and China was the absolute leader with 21,227 patent applications and 18 172 patent applications Most of the agencies are Shanghai BODE Gene Development Co., Ltd. and Roche Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., with the number of patents of 1172 and 862, respectively. The areas of patented technology mainly focus on the research of anti-tumor activity and dosage forms. The research topics mainly relate to tumor-related genes Cloning and expression of its encoded protein features and functions, cell growth factor and its receptor on tumor cells and mechanism of 14 areas. [Conclusion] Natural antineoplastic agents are very important research directions in the field of oncology. Through in-depth analysis of the patent of natural anti-tumor drugs, we can understand the research status and development trend in this field and provide some reference and reference for tumor research and new drug research and development.
