我国现代保安服务业兴起于20世纪80年 代中期,是实行对内搞活、对外开放和商品经济发展的产物。文章通过以武汉市保安服务总公司保安员为研究对象,运用社会学、社会心理学理论,分析影响他们职业稳定性的内在因 素和职业环境的若干因素,并且提出解决问题的相应对策。
The modern security service industry in our country rose in the mid-1980s and is the product of invigorating the domestic security system, opening to the outside world and developing the commodity economy. By taking the security guards of Wuhan Security Service Headquarter as the research object and using the sociology and social psychology theories, the article analyzes some factors that affect the internal stability and occupational environment of their career stability and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems.
