自动控温棒料连续加热系统

我厂的木凿制坯生产流水线,对木凿毛坯整体成形采用了楔横轧新工艺,材料选用φ14×130mm~φ20×250mm 的圆钢,加热要求①始轧温度为1100℃(±50℃);②每 min 匀速供料12根;③加热后的棒料温度均匀,无变形,表面氧化皮极薄等。如果采用传统的燃煤反射炉加热,加热温度不好控制,难以保证棒料不变形,且加热速度无法与楔横轧机同步。另外,燃煤炉污染严重,能耗高,操作工人劳动强度大。为了适应楔横轧新工艺的需要,我厂研制了“自动控温棒料连续加热系统”。本系统由送料机构、炉体和控温装置三大部分组成。送料机构将装入料斗的棒料以每5s一根的速度自动送入炉膛。炉温由控温装置按温度设定值 I wood chisel billet production line, the overall shape of the chisel roughing using a cross wedge rolling process, the material used φ14 × 130mm ~ φ20 × 250mm round bar, heating requirements ① initial rolling temperature of 1100 ℃ (± 50 ℃ ); ② uniform feeding per min 12; ③ heating the bar temperature uniform, no deformation, the surface oxide thin and so on.
