先前的“吨百公里电耗”变身对乘用车的“分段百公里耗电”要求2015年4月,财政部、科技部、工业和信息化部、发展改革委公布《关于2016-2020年新能源汽车推广应用财政支持政策的通知》,即134号文。2016年4月27日,一份名为“对134号文的调整”的新能源汽车补贴标准最新调整方案被知情人士披露。重大变化之一:先前的“吨百公里电耗”变身对乘用车的“分段百公里耗电”要求。
