本文对跨国技术联盟和组织学习的相关文献进行了系统总结,在此基础上提出了影响跨国技术联盟知识流动创新的组织学习四个关键环节并建立理论模型,旨在揭示知识流动在跨国技术联盟范围内的实现方式。并通过问卷调查,对理论模型的假设进行实证检验,结果表明;跨国技术联盟组织学习是以知识的共享为基础经过知识的转移吸收、知识的整合,最终达到知识高效利用并将产生的新知识再次进行共享的循环过程。
This article systematically summarizes the related literatures of transnational technology alliance and organizational learning, and based on this, proposes four key links of organizational learning that affect the innovation of transnational technology alliance knowledge flow and establishes a theoretical model, which aims to reveal that knowledge flow in transnational technology alliance Within the scope of the realization.
