文章运用文献法、问卷法、实验测试法和数理统计法等方法,对大学生在参加选项课前、后,分别测量学生的800m(女)、1000m(男)、立定跳远、握力、坐位体前屈、50m体质指标进行比较。结果表明:不同体育选项课对大学生身体素质的影响存在差异,主要是由运动项目自身特点造成,学生的体育课选项动机和教师的课堂组织对大学生的身体素质也产生作用,就全面提高学生的身体素质提出建议。
The paper uses the method of literature, questionnaire, experimental test and mathematical statistics to measure the students’ 800m (female), 1000m (male), standing long jump, grip strength, Qu, 50m physical indicators were compared. The results show that there are differences between different PE elective courses on the physical fitness of college students, which are mainly caused by the characteristics of sports events.
