漫无目的回收废钢导致了回收时间长、数量小、质量低等问题,无法满足节能减排要求,为此,对节能减排约束下废钢回收生产计划进行了研究。针对节能减排约束下废钢回收计划对回收量与需求量关系展开分析,建立废钢需求量模型并对回收进行预测;再制造是将废钢寿命周期延长,以高效、节材、环保为基础,使用先进技术手段将废钢修复或改造,进而提高回收的质量,缩短回收时间,增加回收数量。
Unending recycling has led to the problems of long recovery time, small quantity and low quality, which can not meet the energy-saving and emission reduction requirements. Therefore, the production planning of scrap recycling under the restriction of energy-saving and emission reduction has been studied. Aiming at the relationship between the amount of recovery and the demand, this paper analyzes the relationship between the amount of recovery and the demand under the restriction of energy conservation and emission reduction, sets up the model of demand for scrap and forecasts the recovery. Remanufacturing is to extend the life cycle of the scrap to high efficiency, material saving and environmental protection Advanced technical means will be scrap steel repair or transformation, thus improving the quality of recovery, shorten the recovery time, increase the amount of recovery.
