为探讨麻疹疫苗初始强化免疫的血清学效果 ,采用酶联免疫吸附试验对 15 6例观察对象采集的双份血清进行麻疹IgG抗体检测。结果表明 ,麻疹抗体阳性率由强化免疫前的 89 10 %上升到 10 0 0 0 % ,抗体几何平均滴度倒数 (GMRT)由 5 83 5 5上升到1860 93 ,差别有极显著的统计学意义。 0 2ml和 0 5ml两个接种组强化免疫后GMRT增长不同 ,0 2ml接种组抗体GMRT由强化免疫前的 64 7 61上升到 1741 13 ,增长 2 69倍 ;0 5ml接种组抗体GMRT由 5 19 95上升到 2 0 0 3 3 2 ,增长 3 85倍 ,但差别无显著的统计学意义。强化免疫前抗体滴度与抗体阳转或≥ 4倍增长呈负相关 ,强化免疫前阴性、1∶2 0 0、1∶80 0、1∶3 2 0 0和 1∶12 80 0者 ,强化免疫后抗体阳转或≥ 4倍增长率分别为 10 0 0 0 %、10 0 0 0 %、42 86%、6 62 %和 0。麻疹疫苗强化免疫对迅速提高人群麻疹抗体水平效果显著
In order to explore the serological effect of the initial boost of measles vaccine, ELISA was used to detect IgG antibodies against two sera collected from 156 subjects. The results showed that the positive rate of measles antibody increased from 89 10% before pre-boost to 100 000%, and the geometric mean antibody reciprocal titer (GMRT) increased from 5 83 55 to 18 60 93. The difference was statistically significant . The GMRT of 0 2ml and 0 5ml vaccinated groups were different from each other after boosting. The antibody GMRT in 0 2ml vaccinated group increased from 64 761 before immunization to 1741 13, an increase of 699 times. The antibody GMRT in 0 5ml vaccinated group increased from 5 19 95 Rose to 2 0 0 3 3 2, an increase of 3 85 times, but the difference was not statistically significant. The antibody titers before the boost were negatively correlated with the antibody positive or ≥4 fold increase, and the patients with the preimmune immunoreactivity, 1: 200, 1: 80 0, 1: 320, and 1: 1200 80 were intensified After immunization, the antibody positive rate or ≥4 fold increase rate was 100%, 100%, 42%, 62% and 0% respectively.
