细胞膜有选择渗透性,能阻止大多数外来因子进入细胞。然而许多治疗因子必须穿过细胞膜才能进入细胞内起作用。细胞穿膜肽是一组简短的阳离子序列,它具有很强的穿膜能力。自从1988年发现细胞穿膜肽后,细胞穿膜肽被用于携带各种物质,如小分子、核酸、抗体、纳米粒等进入细胞膜。本文重点介绍了近几年来关于细胞穿膜肽穿膜机制的研究进展,以及细胞穿膜肽作为运载体携带抗癌药物靶向进入肿瘤细胞,从而实现对肿瘤细胞的靶向性,同时可克服肿瘤的多药抗药性等研究进展。
Cell membranes are selectively permeable and prevent most of the extraneous agents from entering the cell. However, many therapeutic factors have to cross the cell membrane to enter the cell to function. Cell penetrating peptides are short set of cationic sequences that have a strong ability to penetrate membranes. Since the discovery of cell penetrating peptides in 1988, cell penetrating peptides have been used to carry various substances such as small molecules, nucleic acids, antibodies, nanoparticles and the like into the cell membrane. This article focuses on the research progress of cell penetrating peptide penetration mechanism in recent years and cell penetrating peptide as a carrier to carry anticancer drugs into tumor cells to achieve the targeting of tumor cells, Tumor multidrug resistance and other research progress.
