本论文采用文献资料发、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等科研方法,对高职院校田径队课余训练的组织开展进行研究。研究发现,目前高职院校田径课余训练的组织开展存在较多问题,学生学制较短、运动员选拔困难、参与人员积极性较低、定岗实习与训练冲突等。为了促进高职院校田径运动的普及与开展,提高高职院校田径课余训练的水平,现提出“N+1”教学模式,并对“N+1”教学模式的可行性进行探讨,对高职院校田径教学资源进行整合和优化,从而促进高职院校田径课余训练人员的选拔和训练的开展。
This dissertation uses the methods of literature research, expert interviews and questionnaires to research the organization of the extracurricular training of track and field team in higher vocational colleges. The study found that the current organization of track and field training in vocational colleges there are many problems, short-term student system, the selection of athletes difficulties, the enthusiasm of participants is low, internship training and training conflicts. In order to promote the popularization and development of track and field in higher vocational colleges and improve the level of track and field training in higher vocational colleges, the teaching mode of “N + 1” is put forward and the feasibility of “N + 1” teaching mode is proposed To discuss the integration and optimization of track and field teaching resources in higher vocational colleges so as to promote the selection and training of track and field extracurricular trainers in higher vocational colleges.
